Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or personalized neon signs may require additional processing time, typically 7-14 business days, depending on complexity.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the destination:
Within India: 5-10 business days
International Orders: 7-20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping across India.
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through our website under the “Track Order” section or directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for lost shipments once they are marked as “delivered.”
7. Address and Delivery Issues
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for misdelivery, and re-shipping charges may apply.
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability, additional delivery attempts may be made, or the package may be held at the nearest courier facility.
